Jacques Freydont

Jacques is a native of Los Angeles. He has appeared with The Porters of Hellsgate in Love’s Labor’s Lost, Richard II, Troilus and Cressida, Timon of Athens, and Measure for Measure; with The Next Arena’s productions of Gogol’s The Gambler and as the title character in their critically acclaimed Angry Guy in the Pink Hat. With the Ethos Theatre Company, he appeared in Hamlet, Macbeth, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Romeo and Juliet, and Othello; 4 Bukowski with Zombie Joe’s Underground; You Can’t Take It With You with Culver City Public Theatre; and, again, Macbeth with The Los Angeles Theatre Ensemble; with City Shakes in Taming of the Shrew and As You Like It. He appeared as Henry Kissinger at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in the Luna Theater’s production of Wallace Shawn’s Aunt Dan and Lemon. The Harold Clurman Laboratory Theatre’s L.A. and NYC productions of Odets’ Waiting for Lefty. In addition, he has appeared in numerous independent films and on TV. He is also a member of Equine dell Arte and City Shakes. Jacques is represented by M.O. Artists’ Agency
